Parent at workLower Silesian Gas Trading Division. The ‘Parent at Work’ project was launched as part of the 2010 agreement with the trade unions. By amending the Work Regulations in effect at the Lower Silesian Gas Trading Division, the company introduced flexible working hours at the individual employee’s request. The project also uses funds from the Company Social Welfare Fund (CSWF) to partially cover nursery and pre-school fees. 22 staff members of the Wrocław Gas Sales Unit currently use the funding. The plan for 2012 is to cover a portion of the cost of the school-goer pack (books and stationery) for junior and senior primary school and secondary school children. This practice has been noted by the Responsible Business Forum in their 2011 Best Practice Report.
