1. Corporate governance code applicable to the Issuer and where the text of such code is publicly available
In 2013, the Issuer was in compliance with the set of corporate governance rules laid down in the “Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies” (the “Code of Best Practice”), adopted by the WSE Supervisory Board. The text of the code, as amended, is publicly available on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s corporate governance website at www.corp-gov.gpw.pland on the Issuer’s website at www.corp-gov.gpw.pl and on the Issuer’s website at www.pgnig.pl in the “Corporate Governance” section.
