Ms Grażyna Piotrowska-Oliwa

Holder of an INSEAD Executive MBA degree (2005); graduated from the National School of Public Administration in Warsaw (1997) and the Academy of Music in Katowice (1993). In 1997–2001, Ms Piotrowska-Oliwa worked at the Ministry of State Treasury as Head of Capital Funds Department and Head of Strategic Companies and Financial Institutions Department. Subsequently, she held positions of Director of Regulator Relations Department (2001–2006) and Executive Director for Strategy, Development and Wholesale Accounts (2006–2007) at Telekomunikacja Polska SA. In 2007–2009, Ms Piotrowska-Oliwa was the CEO and President of the management board of PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o., operator of the Orange mobile network, and from November 2010 to March 2011 she worked as an advisor on telecommunications transactions on the private equity market. From June 2011 to March 2012 she was a Member of the management board of PKN Orlen SA in charge of sales. Since April 2007, she has served as Vice-President of Employers of Poland on a voluntary basis. Ms Piotrowska-Oliwa also held positions on supervisory boards of the Polish National Depository for Securities, PZU SA, ORLEN Deutschland GmbH and other companies.

Radosław Dudziński

Graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, with a major in gas engineering. He has also graduated from the Faculty of Marketing and Management at the University of Warsaw and holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. He has been with ­PGNiG since 1998, moving up the ranks in the operations division, and later holding the positions of Director of the Strategy Office and Director of the Strategy and Restructuring Department. In 2006–2008, Mr Dudziński worked at A.T. Kearney Sp. z o.o. He sat on supervisory boards of Agencja Rynku Energii SA of Warsaw, Poszukiwania Naftowe Diament Sp. z o.o. of Zielona Góra, Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. of Warsaw, and InterTransGas GmbH of Potsdam. He currently serves as Member of the supervisory board of Transit Gas Pipeline System EuRoPol GAZ SA and member of the Board of Directors of ­PGNiG Norway AS.

Sławomir Hinc

Graduate of the Institute of Foreign Trade at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. He also studied at Wirtschaftsuniversität, Austria, and at Technische Fachhochschule, Germany. Mr Hinc received a PhD degree in technical sciences (gas engineering) from the Warsaw University of Technology. He worked at the Audit and Business Consulting Department of Arthur Andersen Polska in 1998–2000, and in Andersen Business Consulting in 2000–2004, where he headed power project teams. In 2004–2008, he held the position of Financial Director at OGP Gaz-System SA, (in 2006–2008 he was also the company’s registered proxy). Since 2010, he has been a member of the Managing Board of Eurogas, an association of the EU gas sector companies and organisations. He currently serves as Member of the supervisory board of Transit Gas Pipeline System EuRoPol GAZ SA and member of the Board of Directors of ­PGNiG Norway AS.

Mirosław Szkałuba

Mr Mirosław Szkałuba

Graduate of the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas at the AGH University of Science and Technology of Kraków, with a degree of Master Engineer of Oil Mining. In 1998, he completed post-graduate courses in equity investments and corporate development projects at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2004, he passed an examination for candidates for supervisory board members of State Treasury companies. Mr Szkałuba joined ­PGNiG in 1994. From 2005 he worked at the Exploration Department as specialist responsible for planning, supervision and settlement of exploration activities. Later, he joined the Sanok Branch as Deputy Head of the Drilling Supervision Department. In 2005–2008, he served as a ­PGNiG Supervisory Board member appointed by the employees.

As at May 31st 2012

Mr Michał Szubski, CEO and President of the Management Board in 2011, resigned from his position with effect from December 31st 2011.
Mr Marek Karabuła resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board with effect from May 11th 2012.
